钢渣及其沥青混凝土中重金属污染风险评估

【摘要】 论文评价了钢渣原料和钢渣作为集料形成的钢渣沥青混凝土中重金属的环境污染风险。采用重金属全量实验方法,表明钢渣存在着含量较高的重金属元素,但是浸提实验表明了钢渣中重金属的浸出量很低,均满足环境要求,且随着钢渣粒径的增大,浸出量降低。沥青混凝土中重金属浸出量低于钢渣原料,这是由于沥青包裹在钢渣的表面对钢渣内重金属有一定的固封作用,能够避免钢渣与浸提液浸出,降低了其释放机率。

【Abstract】 This paper studied the contamination risk and release characteristics of heavy metals in steel slag and asphalt mixture produced with steel slag.The total concentration experiment showed that there are a large number of toxic elements in the steel slag,but the leaching experiment presented that the leaching mass of heavy metals is very low and all elements meet the environmental requirements.While with the increase of the particle size,the leaching mass decreased.The leaching concentrations of asphalt mixture produced with steel slag was inferior to that of steel slag.It was attributed the fact that asphalt has an encapsulation effect on steel slag,which can avoid to contact with the leachate to release heavy metals.
