基于ARM Cortex-M4F的异端双显式接地电阻测试仪研发
The design of two-terminal digital earth ground resistance tester based on ARM Cortex-M4F microprocessor
【摘要】 为有效解决接地电阻测试过程中测试数据的通信问题及地网中的干扰信号问题,基于ARM Cortex-M4F处理器研发了异端双显式接地电阻测试仪。测试仪所用ARM Cortex-M4F处理器具有极高的运算能力和中断响应能力,并采用实时性较高的嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-II,完全能够满足接地参数测试对实时性的要求。通过与标准电阻比较,研发的测试仪具有较好的精确度,测试中具有良好的稳定性。测试仪较好地解决了测试数据的远端通信问题,其可选的测试频率使测试结果更加精准。
【Abstract】 In order to effectively solve the communication problem of test data of the earth ground resistance tester and the interference signal problem in the earthing network,the two-terminal digital earth ground resistance tester is designed based on ARM Cortex-M4F microprocessor. The instrument based on ARM Cortex-M4F processor is featured with high operation ability and interrupt response ability,which uses the embedded operating system μC/OS-II with high real-time,and it can meet the real-time requirements of the test system. Compared with the standard resistance,the tester has better accuracy and good stability in the test. The tester better solves the problem of remote communication of test data,and the optional test frequency makes the test result more accurate.
