一种短时间测量实验装置的设计
Design of an experimental device for short time measurement
【摘要】 针对电子技术实验中需要测量信号的延迟时间、电路网络和电子器件的响应等微小时间的目的,本文提出了一种短时间参数的测量方法—脉冲展宽法,该方法通过利用一个线性良好的方波-锯齿波变换器将短时间参数按一定比例加以放大,再对放大了的时间参数进行测量,通过换算就可以得出短时间。利用其原理设计出实用的测量装置,通过对不同短时间测量,相对误差可达到5%以下。该实验装置应用于学生电路实验教学中,取得了良好的教学效果。
【Abstract】 For measuring the delay time of the signal in electronic technological experiments,and the purpose ofa tiny time for the circuit network and the electronic device to response,a method for measuring the short time parameters-Pulse Broadening Method was set forth in the paper,through which,a good linear square wave-sawtooth wave converter was applied to amplify the short time parameters in certain proportion,then measure and converse the amplified short time parameters to result in the short time. Based on such a principle,a practical measuring device was designed,and with which,different short time was measured and the relative error was within 5%. The device performed well in students’ circuit experimental teaching.
