【摘要】 目的:观察弹力线套扎术联合消痔灵注射治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂的临床疗效。方法:将88例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采用消痔灵注射液注射治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合一次性弹力线套扎术。观察两组临床疗效、临床症状改善情况及并发症发生率。结果:总有效率观察组为86.73%(38/44),对照组为61.36%(27/44),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);直肠脱垂评分、肛门坠胀感评分及周排便次数、单次平均排便时间治疗前两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前后两组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为4.54%(2/44),对照组为18.18%(8/44),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:弹力线套扎术联合消痔灵注射液治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂可明显改善患者临床症状,降低并发症发生率,提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe curative effects of elastic thread ligation and Xiaozhiling injection in the treatment for internal rectal prolapse. Methods: All 88 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 44 cases each group. The control group were treated by Xiaozhiling injection, and the observation group disposable elastic suture ligation based on Western medicine. To observe clinical effects, the improvements of clinical symptoms and the incidence of the complications in both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 86.73%(38/44), higher than 61.36%(27/44) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning in rectal prolapse scores,the score of rectal tenesmus sensation, defecation frequency each week and average defecation time between both groups before treating(P>0.05); the difference had statistical meaning within two groups before and after treating(P<0.05); the difference had statistical meaning between both groups after treating(P<0.05). Total incidence of the complications in the observation group was 4.54%(2/44), lower than 18.18%(8/44) of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05). Conclusion: Elastic thread ligation and Xiaozhiling injection in the treatment for internal rectal prolapse could obviously improve clinical symptoms, decrease the incidence of the complications and raise clinical effects.更多还原
