【Abstract】 Muscle-derived stem cells(MDSCs) as the adult stem cells derived from skeletal muscle, could be differentiated to hematopoiesis under the induction of hematopoietic microenvironment. As far as the source is concerned, MDSCs belongs to the category of "foodstuff essence", hematopoietic ability is related to "spleen dominates transportation"; as far as the hematopoietic microenvironment is concerned, it is closely related to TCM "kidney stores essence". Hematopoietic differentiation ability of MDSCs is explored based on "spleen dominates transportation" and "kidney stores essence" from the source and hematopoietic microenvironment.更多还原
