【摘要】 从幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)与慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)的相关性分析、Hp相关萎缩性胃炎的诊治现状、中医药对Hp相关性萎缩性胃炎的诊疗现状、中西医结合治疗Hp相关性萎缩性胃炎优势4方面入手综述Hp阳性CAG的中西医结合诊治,指出Hp感染是CAG发生、发展的重要原因之一,根除Hp尤为重要;HP阳性CAG的中西医结合治疗的有效性仍需大量临床试验研究的佐证与支持。更多还原
