【摘要】 目的:观察归脾汤加减联合电针治疗心脏神经官能症(cardiac neurosis,CN)的临床疗效。方法:将86例患者随机分为观察组(42例)和对照组(44例),两组患者均给予美托洛尔进行治疗,对照组同时给予电针进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以归脾汤加减治疗,两组均连续治疗2个月。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后焦虑、抑郁评分和炎症因子水平的变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为88.10%(37/42),对照组为72.73%(32/44),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。汉密尔顿抑郁量表(hamilton depression scale,HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评分治疗前两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组比较及治疗前后组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factorα,TNF-α)和超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)水平治疗前两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组比较及治疗前后组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:归脾汤加减联合电针治疗CN可有效改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,同时还可降低炎症因子水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical effects of modified Guipi Tang in combination with acusector in the treatment for cardiac neurosis. Methods: All 86 patients were randomized into the observation group(n=42) and the control group(n=44), both groups were treated by metoprolol, the control group were treated with acusector simultaneously, the observation group took modified Guipi Tang, both groups were treated for two months consecutively, to compare clinical effects of both groups, HAMD, HAMA and the levels of inflammatory cytokines before and after treating. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 88.10%(37/42), higher than 72.73%(32/44) of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P <0.05). The difference showed no statistical meaning in HAMD and HAMA before treating between both groups(P>0.05); the difference was statistically significant between both groups after treating, the difference showed statistical meaning within two groups before and after treating(P<0.05). The difference showed no statistical meaning in the levels of TNF-α and hs-CRP between both groups before treating(P>0.05); the difference had statistical meaning between both groups after treating; the difference was statistically significant before and after treating within two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Modified Guipi Tang joined with acusector could obtain notable effects in the treatment of CN, and the method could effectively relieve anxiety and depression of the patients, simultaneously, adjust the levels of inflammatory cytokines.更多还原
