【摘要】 目的:观察养心益阳汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效及对患者白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素18(interleukin-18,IL-18)、超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法:将95例患者按入院顺序分为两组。对照组48例,给予利尿剂、强心苷、血管扩张剂等常规西医治疗,同时给予美托洛尔进行治疗;观察组47例,在对照组治疗基础上服用养心益阳汤,两组均治疗3个月。对比两组临床疗效、心肺功能指标和炎症因子水平。结果:总有效率观察组为89.4%(42/47),对照组为60.4%(29/48),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、一秒钟用力呼气容积(first second forced vital capacity,FEV1)、左心室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)、脑尿钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)水平治疗前两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后FVC、FEV1、左室EF值两组均显著升高(P<0.05),BNP水平两组均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组更为显著(P<0.05)。IL-6、IL-18、hs-CRP水平治疗前两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:养心益阳汤治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效显著,其可有效改善患者的心肺功能指标,并调节其炎症因子水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical effects of heart-nourishing yang-invigorating decoction(HY) in the treatment for chronic heart failure(CHF) and its influence on the levels of IL-6, IL-18 and hs-CRP. Methods: All 95 patients were allocated to two groups according to admission order. 48 cases of the control group were given Western medicine therapy including diuretics, cardiac glycoside, vasodilator and others, meanwhile, metoprolol; 47 cases of the observation group took HY, both groups were treated for three months. To compare clinical effects, the indexes of cardiac and pulmonary function and the levels of inflammatory factors. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group reached 89.4%(42/47), higher than 60.4%(29/48) of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05). There was no obvious difference in the levels of FVC, FEV1,LVEF and BNP between both groups before treating(P>0.05); after treating, FVC, FEV1 and LVEF of both groups rose(P<0.05), BNP level lowered notably in both groups(P<0.05), and the improvements of the observation group were more notable(P <0.05). There was no obvious difference in the levels of IL-6, IL-18 and hs-CRP before treating between both groups(P>0.05); after treating these reduced notably in both groups(P<0.05), the decrease of the observation group was more notable(P<0.05). Conclusion: Heart-nourishing yang-invigorating decoction in the treatment for CHF could gain notable clinical effects, and it could effectively improve the indexes of cardiac and pulmonary function, and regulate the levels of inflammatory factors.更多还原
