【摘要】 [目的]研究瑶药止痛散的最佳制备工艺条件。[方法]采用L9(34)正交设计,以氯化两面针碱含量为指标,考察烘烤温度、粉碎细度和烘烤时间因素的影响,优选最佳制备工艺参数。[结果]最佳制备工艺为:烘干温度80℃,烘干3 h,粉碎成100目。[结论]瑶药止痛散的制备工艺稳定可靠,可为产品实际生产提供可靠保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the optimal preparation technology of pain-relieving powder of ethnic Yao medicine.[Methods]The L9(34)orthogonal design was used to investigate the influence of the baking temperature,the fineness of pulverization and the baking time with the content of chlorinated nigra as an index tooptimize the best preparation process parameters.[Results]The optimal preparation process is as follows: baking temperature at80 ℃, drying for 3 h, and crushing to 100 mesh.[Conclusion]The preparation technology of pain-relieving powder of ethnic Yao medicine is stable and reliable for the production application.更多还原
