无模板剂法合成ZSM-35分子筛研究
Synthesis of ZSM-35 Zeolite by Template-free Method
【摘要】 在K+体系下研究了新型无模板剂无晶种法合成ZSM-35分子筛,并考察了SiO2/Al2O3、KOH/SiO2、H2O/SiO2、晶化时间、晶化温度对合成的影响。采用XRD(X射线衍射仪)、SEM(扫描电子显微镜)、XRF(X射线荧光衍射仪)等手段对分子筛的晶体结构和形貌进行表征。结果表明,初始凝胶SiO2/Al2O3=37.3~45,KOH/SiO2=0.23~0.41,H2O/SiO2=24.1~34.2,晶化温度为160~170℃,晶化时间为4~8 d可以合成出ZSM-35分子筛。当温度在160℃下合成7 d所得样品的相对结晶度最高,当温度在170℃下合成4 d为最佳合成条件。而且使用该方法合成出的ZSM-35分子筛形貌呈花瓣球状,片状花瓣大小介于358 nm~2.87μm。
【Abstract】 The ZSM-35 zeolite was synthesized by a novel method without organic template and seeding under K+ system. The effects of SiO2/Al2O3, KOH/SiO2, H2O/SiO2, crystallization time and crystallization temperature on the synthesis were investigated. The crystal structure, morphology of the zeolite were characterized by XRD(X-ray diffractometer), SEM(scanning electron microscope) and XRF(X-ray fluorescence diffractometer). The results show that, ZSM-35 zeolite is synthesized when the initial gel SiO2/Al2O3 is 37.3-45, KOH/SiO2 is 0.23-0.41, H2O/SiO2 is 24.1-34.2, the crystallization temperature is 130-170 ℃, the crystallization time is 2-8 d. The relative crystallinity of the sample synthesized within 7 d at 160 ℃ is the highest, and the synthesis is carried out at a temperature of 170 ℃ for 4 d as the optimum synthesis condition. Moreover, the ZSM-35 zeolite synthesized by this method has a spherical shape like a petal, and the size of the flaky petals is between 358 nm and 2.87 μm.
