沥青路面快速修复用单组分树脂冷补料性能研究
Performance of Single Component Resin Cold Patch Material for Rapid Repair of Asphalt Pavement
【摘要】 为了解决冷补沥青混合料初期强度低、耐久性差、冷补液制作复杂等问题,以单组分树脂作为结合料研制了一种树脂冷补料。针对单组分树脂冷补料产生的膨胀现象,提出了冷补料膨胀率的测试方法,确定了其满足强度要求的临界膨胀率。通过正交试验方法确定了冷补料中各组分的最佳组合水平,并对冷补料的强度形成规律以及路用性能进行分析,研究了冷补料专用界面胶的性能,并采用非开挖修补工艺对冷补料及界面胶进行工程验证。研究结果表明,冷补料在满足强度要求下的临界膨胀率为6.6%,冷补料的初期强度形成速率较快,养护2 h即可达到开放交通的要求,3 d后可形成最终强度。冷补料的路用性能均满足规范要求,专用界面胶的粘度低至108 mPa·s(25℃),而拉拔强度能达到1.66 MPa,坑槽修补1年后,修补处路面无明显破损及掉粒现象,用于非开挖修补工艺的单组分树脂冷补料具有良好的使用耐久性。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of low initial strength, poor durability and complex production of cold patch asphalt of cold patch asphalt mixture, a kind of resin cold patch material was developed by using single component resin as binder. Aiming at the expansion phenomenon of single component resin cold patch material, a test method for the expansion rate of cold patch material was proposed, and the critical expansion rate of cold patch material under the strength requirement was determined. The optimum combination level of each component in cold patch material was determined by orthogonal test method, and the forming law of the strength of cold patch material and its pavement performance were analyzed. The performance of special interface adhesive for cold patch material was studied, and the cold patch material and interface adhesive were validated by trenchless repair technology. The results show that the critical expansion rate of cold patch material is 6.6% when the strength requirement is satisfied. The initial strength formation rate of cold patch material is faster, and it can meet the requirements of open traffic after 2 h of maintenance, and the final strength can form after 3 d. The road performance of cold patch material meets the requirements of specifications. The viscosity of special interfacial adhesive is as low as 108 mPa·s(25 ℃), while the drawing strength can reach 1.66 MPa. One year after the pothole been repaired, there is no obvious drop and damage on the repaired pavement, and the single component resin cold patch material used in trenchless repair process has good durability.
