装修垃圾除尘粉的特性及其对水泥净浆力学性能的影响

【摘要】 以XRD、粒度分析等微观手段分析了装修垃圾除尘粉的基本组分和物理性能,并进行了除尘粉对水泥净浆流动性和力学性能的影响研究,探索其作为矿物掺合料的价值。通过对除尘粉的化学及矿物成分进行分析,发现其组成以SiO2、Al2O3、CaO为主,质量百分比达到89%以上,经对比其与粉煤灰的化学成分较为接近;通过粒径分析和重金属含量检测,发现其粒径范围集中在5~38μm,Cr含量略有超标;通过对不同替代率下水泥净浆的流动度和力学性能进行测试,发现随着替代率的增加流动度不断下降,各龄期抗压强度均先增长后下降,当替代率为10%时,抗压强度达到最大值。

【Abstract】 The basic components and physical properties of the dusting powder of the decoration waste were analyzed by XRD and particle size analysis. The effect of the dusting powder on the fluidity and mechanical properties of the cement paste was studied to explore its value as mineral admixture. By analyzing the chemical and mineral components of the dusting powder, it is found that the chemical composition is mainly SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, and the mass percentage reaches more than 89%, which is similar to the fly ash. By analyzing the particle size and heavy metal content, it is found that the particle size range is concentrated at 5-38 μm, and the Cr content is slightly exceeded. By testing the fluidity and mechanical properties of cement paste, it is found that the fluidity decreases with the increase of dusting powder replacement rate, and the compressive strength of each age increases first and then decreases. When the replacement rate is 10%, the compressive strength reaches the maximum value.
