TiO2气凝胶的制备及光催化性能研究进展
Research Progress of Preparation and Photocatalytic Performance of TiO2 Aerogel
【摘要】 TiO2作为一种低成本、无毒、无污染、稳定且高效的光催化材料被广泛应用。TiO2气凝胶的纳米多孔网络结构赋予其轻质多孔、低密度及高比表面积等特性,使其在光电转换、光催化、电极及太阳能电池等领域具有广阔的应用前景。综述了TiO2气凝胶的制备方法及其影响因素,总结了掺杂改性对TiO2气凝胶光催化性能的影响,并对今后TiO2气凝胶的研究方向和重点进行了展望。
【Abstract】 TiO2 is extensively used as photocatalyst material due to its excellent properties including low cost, non-toxicity, non-pollution, high efficiency and stability. The characteristics of light porous, low density and high specific surface area of TiO2 aerogel are given by the nanoporous network structure, and the nanoporous network structure makes TiO2 aerogel has broad application prospects in the fields of photoelectric conversion, photocatalysis, electrodes solar cells and so on. The preparation methods and influencing factors of TiO2 aerogels were reviewed. The effects of doping modification on the photocatalytic performance of TiO2 aerogels were summarized. Meanwhile, the research direction and key points of TiO2 aerogels were prospected.
