钢渣-粉煤灰-硅灰复合改性剂对硫铝酸盐水泥性能的影响

【摘要】 为调节硫铝酸盐水泥凝结时间,提升其抗压强度,以钢渣、粉煤灰及硅灰部分取代硫铝酸盐水泥,基于曲面响应法(RSM)进行实验设计,研究各因素对硫铝酸盐水泥初、终凝时间和28 d抗压强度的影响并给出相应的机理分析,得到在改性剂复掺时硫铝酸盐水泥28 d强度的最优配比并对相应的配合比进行实验验证。结果表明:三种改性剂复掺可延长硫铝酸盐水泥的凝结时间;硫铝酸盐水泥28 d强度的最优配比为钢渣取代率5%、粉煤灰取代率14.11%、硅灰取代率6%,改性后硫铝酸盐水泥强度得到显著提升。

【Abstract】 In order to adjust the setting time of sulphoaluminate cement and improve its compressive strength, sulphoaluminate cement was partially replaced by steel slag, fly ash and silica fume. Based on response surface methodology(RSM), the effects of various factors on the initial and final setting time and 28 d compressive strength of sulphoaluminate cement were studied and the corresponding mechanism analysis was given. Finally, the optimal ratio of 28 d strength of sulphoaluminate cement was obtained by compounding the modifiers, and the corresponding mix ratio was verified by experiments. The results show that the setting time of sulphoaluminate cement can be prolonged by adding three modifiers. The optimum ratio of 28 d strength of sulphoaluminate cement is 5% steel slag, 14.11% fly ash and 6% silica fume. The strength of modified sulphoaluminate cement has been significantly improved.
