【摘要】 草原毛虫为我国高原牧区的重要害虫,近年来在甘南高山草原为害严重。2017～2018年采用AS350B3e小松鼠直升机喷洒菜颗·苏云菌药液防治草原毛虫,以航速120 km/h、航高20 m作业,每架次用药65 kg,药液共400 kg,防治面积86.67 hm~2。作业15 d后,2年平均虫口致死率>95%,总体平均灭杀率>93%。结果表明,AS350B3e小松鼠直升机喷洒菜颗·苏云菌药液防治草原毛虫满足防治要求,可以在生产中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gynaephora spp.are important pests in plateau pastoral areas in China,and it have caused serious damage in Gannan alpine grassland in recent years.In 2017 and 2018,AS350B3e small squirrel helicopter was used to spray the herb solution Pierisrapae granulosis virus·Bacillus thuringiensis (PrGV·Bt) BC for the prevention and control of Gynaephora spp.,operating at a speed of 120 km/h and a height of 20 m.65 kg was used for each set of operations,the solution weighed 400 kg,and the prevention and control area was 86.67 hm~2.After 15 days of operation,the two-year average pest death rate was > 95%,and the overall average killing rate was > 93%.The results showed that the PrGV·Bt BC meets the requirements of control Gynaephora spp.by using AS350B3e small squirrel helicopter and could be promoted and applied in production.更多还原
