【摘要】 针对综合实验模块"胃舒平中氢氧化铝含量测定"的具体实施中,铬天青S分光光度法建立标准曲线时,得不到符合分析实验要求的线性结果.在文献方法的基础上,查找原因,反复实验,优化出实验最佳方案和条件,最终得到线性良好的标准曲线.在实验操作中,经过样品前期处理、常量分析和微量分析,测得胃舒平中Al(OH)3的总含量.该方法为分析化学实验课程实行模块化教学提供了参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 In the specific implementation of the comprehensive experimental module "Determination of aluminum hydroxide content in Weishuping", when the standard curve was established by the Chromium Azure S spectrophotometry method, the linear problem could not be met with the analytical experimental requirements. On the basis of literature method, finding out the reason, repeating the experiment, optimizing the scheme and conditions,the standard curve with good linearity was obtained. In the experimental operation,the total content of Al（OH）₃ in Weishuping was determined through the sample pretreatment, macroanalysis and microanalysis. The research provides a reference for the implementation of modular experiment teaching in analytical chemistry experiment course.更多还原
