【摘要】 目的:观察异种脱细胞真皮基质敷料(ADM)联合Meek植皮技术治疗大面积深度烧伤的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我院自2017年2月—2019年8月收治的不同原因所致的大面积深度烧伤患者20例,以ADM联合自体皮(邮票皮)移植10例为对照组;ADM联合Meek植皮10例为观察组,比较两组患者的手术时间、皮片成活率、皮片融合时间等情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组手术时间短,皮片融合快,皮片成活率高,并发症较少。结论:在大面积烧伤创面修复中应用ADM联合Meek植皮修复效果好,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of xenogeneic acellular dermal matrix(ADM) dressing combined Meek skin grafting in the treatment of large area burns. Methods: Among 20 cases with extensive burn with different injury causes, 10 were treated with xenogeneic ADM dressing combined with autologous skin(stamp skin) transplantation(control group), the others were treated with xenogeneic ADM dressing combined with Meek skin grafting(observation group). The operation time, the survival rate of grafted skin, the time of skin fusion were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared to the control group, the observation group had shorter operation time, faster skin fusion, higher survival rate of grafted skin and fewer complications. Conclusions: Xenogeneic ADM dressing combined with Meek skin grafting has better effects in repair of extensive burn wounds.更多还原
