【摘要】 目的了解不同部位产气荚膜梭菌感染患者的传播方式以及医院感染防控措施。方法回顾性收集某院3例不同部位产气荚膜梭菌感染患者的临床资料、医院感染防控措施和环境采样结果,并查阅相关文献进行分析总结。结果 3例产气荚膜梭菌感染分别为盆腔气性坏疽、肝脓肿、血流感染,1例在在负压层流手术间和负压层流病房的回风口(栅栏+过滤网)培养出产气荚膜梭菌生长,余2例环境卫生学结果正常。结论针对产气荚膜梭菌感染患者需严格执行环境清洁消毒与隔离,气性坏疽患者感染部位产气荚膜梭菌可远距离播散、污染环境,推荐采用独立非层流的感染手术间,其他部位感染者可实施单间、同病种隔离。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the transmission mode of patients with different sites of Clostridium perfringens(C. perfringens) infection as well as prevention and control measures of healthcare-associated infection(HAI).Methods Clinical information, HAI prevention and control measures and environmental sampling results of three patients with different sites of C. perfringens infection in a hospital were retrospectively collected, and rela-ted literature was reviewed for analysis and summary.Results Three cases of C. perfringens infection were gas gangrene of pelvic cavity, liver abscess, and bloodstream infection. C. perfringens was isolated from air-returning outlet(fence + filter screen) of negative pressure laminar flow operating room and negative pressure laminar flow ward of a patient, environmental hygiene detection results of the other 2 cases were normal.Conclusion It is necessary to strictly carry out environmental cleaning, disinfection and isolation for patients infected with C. perfringens, long distance dissemination of C. perfringens from infected sites of patients with gas gangrene can be produced, it is recommended to use independent non-laminar flow operating room, patients with infection at other sites can be isolated in a single room or shared room with patients of the same disease.更多还原
