花梗诱芽配方制剂在2个小花型蝴蝶兰上的应用初报

【摘要】 [目的]探索植物生长调节剂对蝴蝶兰花期的调控效果。[方法]利用汕头市农业科学研究所配制的花梗诱芽配方制剂,在2个小花型蝴蝶兰品种上开展试验。[结果]使用花梗诱芽配方制剂可有效促进花梗芽萌发,增加单株花梗数量;不同蝴蝶兰品种对花梗诱芽配方制剂的萌芽反应强度存在一定差异。[结论]现阶段在较高环境温度下(22~32℃)化学处理并不能完全替代凉温催花促进花序持续分化。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim of this study was to explore the effect of plant growth regulators on the flowering period of Phalaenopsis. [Method] The experiment was carried out on two small flower type Phalaenopsis varieties by using pedicel bud inducing formula prepared by Shantou Institute of Agricultural Science. [Result]The use of pedicel bud inducing formula could effectively promote the germination of pedicel bud and increase the number of pedicel per plant. There were some differences in the germination reaction intensity of different Phalaenopsis varieties to the pedicel bud inducing formula. [Conclusion] At present,chemical treatment at higher ambient temperature(22 ~32℃) can not completely replace cold temperature to promote continuous inflorescence differentiation.
