【摘要】 [目的]早期筛选辣椒嫁接砧木接穗。[方法]选用10种亲和力不同的砧木与同一种辣椒接穗进行嫁接,并考察嫁接后相关生理指标。[结果]10个砧木品种中,嫁接成活率最高的是BQ,达100%,最低的为TAN,仅41.7%。[结论 ]砧木对辣椒嫁接成活率有明显影响,主要与嫁接后嫁接苗在内源激素、光合特性、相对电导率及根系活力方面相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To screen scions of pepper rootstocks in early stage. [Method] 10 kinds of Rootstocks with different affinity were grafted with the same kind of pepper scion,and the related physiological indexes after grafting were investigated. [Result] Among the 10 rootstock varieties,BQ had the highest survival rate with100%,and TAN had the lowest survival rate of 41.7%. [Conclusion] Rootstock had significant effect on the survival rate of pepper grafting,which was mainly related to endogenous hormones,photosynthetic characteristics,relative conductivity and root activity of grafted seedlings.更多还原
