【摘要】 目的观察中西医结合卒中单元模式下治疗进展性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将符合入组标准的92例进展性脑梗死患者随机分为中西医结合卒中单元(治疗组)和西医卒中单元(对照组)2组。2组患者均给予西医卒中单元常规治疗2周,治疗组在此基础上加用针刺和中药治疗。观察比较2组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、功能独立性评估量表(FIM)评分以及死亡率的变化。结果总有效率治疗组为93.48%,对照组为78.26%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组NIHSS评分、FIM评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组NIHSS评分、FIM评分均好于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在2周内2组均无患者死亡,但在3个月和6个月随访期内治疗组的死亡率均明显低于对照组。结论中西医结合卒中单元组的临床疗效优于常规西医卒中单元组,且远期死亡率更低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated tradition Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods 92 cases of progressive cerebral infarction according to their hospital admission order were randomly divided into SUITCWM group(treatment group) and general ward group(control group). Both groups were given routine treatment of stroke unit for two weeks, and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS), ADL scales(FIM) and mortality rate were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(93.48%) was significantly higher than that(78.26%) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of NIHSS and FIM in both groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05). The NIHSS score and FIM score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). No patient died in either group within two weeks. However, the mortality of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group during the 3 months and 6 months follow-up period. Conclusion The clinical effect of integrated tradition Chinese and Western medicine is better than that of the control group, and the long-term mortality is lower.更多还原
