【摘要】 目的分析山东省省属公立医院管理人员配置现状,为卫生行政部门制定相应政策、促进省属公立医院的可持续发展提供科学依据。方法自行设计医院基本情况调查表,对纳入省编办和省财政系统管理的22家省属公立医院进行调研,使用Excel建立数据库并进行描述性分析,使用SPSS 20.0软件对综合医院和专科医院管理人员结构进行比较分析。结果 2017年,省属公立医院管理人员仅占总人数的4.74%,数量逐年增加但相对不足,职称结构有待完善,流失率较高。结论省属公立医院尚未形成专业化的管理人员梯队,专科医院亟待加强管理队伍建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This paper analyzes the current situation of management personnel allocation in provincial public hospitals of Shandong Province,and provides the scientific basis for health administrative departments to formulate corresponding policies and promote the sustainable development of provincial public hospitals. Method:The basic hospital information questionnaire was designed by the authors themselves,and a survey was conducted in 22 provincial public hospitals which were included in the management of provincial compilation office and provincial financial system. A database was established with Excel and the descriptive analysis was carried out. SPSS 20.0 software was used to make a comparative analysis on the management personnel structure of comprehensive hospitals and specialized hospitals. Result:In 2017,the number of managers in provincial public hospitals accounted for only 4. 74 percent of the total number,which increased year by year but was still relatively insufficient,and the turnover rate is high. Conclusion:Provincial public hospitals have not formed a professional echelon of management personnel,and specialized hospitals need to strengthen the construction of management team.更多还原
