经皮腔内支架成形术对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者足背动脉血流动力学及ABI指数的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨经皮腔内支架成形术对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者足背动脉血流动力学及踝肱指数(ABI)的影响。方法:选择下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者80例,随机分为两组,每组各40例。对照组采用动脉内膜剥脱术,观察组采用经皮腔内支架成形术,比较两组足背动脉血流动力学及ABI指数。结果:两组术后足背动脉内径、血流峰速、血流量均高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后两组足背动脉内径、血流峰速、血流量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后两组ABI指数均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者采用经皮腔内支架成形术治疗效果较好,可有效改善足背动脉血流动力学及ABI指数。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of percutaneous endovascular stenting on dorsal foot artery hemodynamics and ankle-brachial index(ABI) in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods: A total of 80 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with endarterectomy, and the observation group was treated with percutaneous intraluminal stenting. The dorsal artery hemodynamics and ABI index of the two groups were compared. Results: The inner diameter, blood flow front velocity, and blood flow of the dorsal foot artery after operation in the two groups were higher than those before operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05), after the operation, the ABI index of the two groups was higher than that before the operation, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans can be treated with percutaneous endoluminal stenting, which can effectively improve dorsal hemodynamics and ABI index.
