【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜手术联合戈舍瑞林皮下注射治疗卵巢囊肿对患者血清激素水平的影响。方法:84例卵巢囊肿患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例。对照组行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗,试验组在此基础上加用戈舍瑞林治疗。分析两组临床疗效和术后1年性激素水平、妊娠率与囊肿复发率。结果:试验组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。术后两组雌二醇（E₂）、孕酮（P）、黄体生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）较术前均明显改善（P<0.05）;试验组术后E₂、P水平高于对照组,LH、FSH水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。试验组术后妊娠率为38.10%,高于对照组的11.90%（P<0.01）;试验组术后复发率为4.76%,低于对照组的19.05%（P<0.01）。结论:卵巢囊肿患者行腹腔镜手术联合戈舍瑞林皮下注射治疗可有效改善临床症状,调节血清激素水平,降低囊肿复发率,提高妊娠率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with subcutaneous injection of goserelin on serum hormone levels in patients with ovarian cysts. Methods: 84 patients with ovarian cyst were randomly divided into two groups, 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal, and the experimental group was treated with goserelin on this basis. The clinical efficacy, sex hormone level 1 year after operation, pregnancy rate and cyst recurrence rate of the two groups were analyzed. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.24%, which was higher than 78.57% of the control group(P<0.05). The levels of estradiol(E2), progesterone(P), luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the two groups after operation were significantly improved(P<0.05); the levels of E2 and P in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, while the levels of LH and FSH in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). The pregnancy rate of the experimental group was 38.10%, which was higher than 11.90% of the control group(P<0.01); the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 4.76%, which was lower than 19.05% of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery combined with subcutaneous injection of goserelin can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, regulate the serum hormone level, reduce the recurrence rate of ovarian cyst and improve the pregnancy rate.更多还原
