【摘要】 目的:观察USP7和Ki-67在人大肠癌组织中的表达,以及其相关病理特征的关联性和临床意义。方法:选取确诊为大肠癌组织的手术标本90例,同时随机选取20例癌旁正常组织作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学方法检测USP7和Ki-67在大肠癌组织和癌旁正常组织中的表达情况。结果:USP7和Ki-67在大肠癌组织中呈高表达,且两者在大肠癌组织中的表达呈正相关,USP7和Ki-67的高表达均与肿瘤恶性程度、淋巴结转移具有相关性。结论:USP7和Ki-67的高表达可能与大肠癌的发生、发展有关,并且在某种程度上可能存在协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the expressions of USP7 and Ki-67 in human colorectal carcinoma tissues, as well as the correlation and clinical significances of their associated pathological features. Methods: 90 cases of surgical specimens of colorectal carcinoma tissues diagnosed were selected. Simultaneously, 20 cases of adjacent normal tissues were randomly selected as controls. The expressions of USP7 and Ki-67 in colorectal carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: USP7 and Ki-67 were highly expressed in colorectal carcinoma tissues, the expression of USP7 was positively correlated with Ki-67 in colorectal carcinoma tissues. And the high expression of USP7 and Ki-67 was related to malignant differentiation and lymph node metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. Conclusions: The study suggests that the high expression of USP7 and Ki-67 may be closely related to the occurrence and development of colorectal carcinoma, and there may also exist synergistic effects between them.更多还原
