【Abstract】 Theming on "Management in the Era of Evolution and Symbiosis", the 2019 Annual Conference on Management in China(12 th) focused on practice frontiers of digitalization, platformization, networking and ecologicalization, discussed the practices and theories of platform evolution, entrepreneurial platform ecology, etc., as well as explored some new methods such as scaling laws and non-systematic case study, which deepened the understanding of indigenous management practice and theory.
