TRIZ发明原理在机械振动理论中的解析
Analysis of TRIZ invention principle in mechanical vibration theory
【摘要】 机械振动理论是机械工程专业高年级本科生和研究生的必修课,涉及的数学基础较多,学习难度较大.TRIZ理论是产品设计中创新方法的理论,其中的40个发明原理有助于形成一种系统的、流程化的创新设计思考模式.通过剖析振动系统基本模型中的TRIZ发明原理,进一步明确了机械振动理论的创新方法和创新策略.通过分析对比,一方面明确了机械振动理论创新与TRIZ发明原理的一致性,同时,振动系统模型的理论创新为TRIZ发明原理提供了有力实证,通过二者互相借鉴相互促进,为振动理论的发展和相关产品的研发提供了一定的供理论依据.TRIZ发明原理在机械振动理论中的解析为机械振动理论的学习提供了方法论.
【Abstract】 Mechanical vibration theory is a required course for senior undergraduates and postgraduates of mechanical engineering,which involves many mathematical foundations and is difficult to learn.TRIZ theory is the theory of innovative methods in product design,among which 40 invention principles help us to form a systematic and process oriented thinking mode of innovative design.By analyzing the TRIZ principle of invention in the basic model of vibration system,further defines the innovative methods and strategies of mechanical vibration theory.Through the analysis and comparison,on the one hand,the consistency between the mechanical vibration theory innovation and TRIZ invention principle is clarified.At the same time,the theoretical innovation of vibration system model provides a strong demonstration for TRIZ invention principle.Through the mutual reference and mutual promotion,it provides a certain theoretical basis for the development of vibration theory and the research and development of related products.The analysis of TRIZ invention principle in mechanical vibration theory provides methodology for the study of mechanical vibration theory.
