燃煤锅炉煤粉耦合废旧轮胎胶粉燃烧特性及热效率研究
Study on Combustion Characteristics and Thermal Efficiency of Coal-Powder Coupling Waste Tire Rubber Powder
【摘要】 为了燃煤锅炉煤粉有效地耦合废旧轮胎胶粉进行燃烧,利用废旧轮胎的能量,将废旧轮胎胶粉、煤粉以及两者不同比例混合物进行了热重分析,研究其燃烧特性和动力学参数,并结合600 MW燃煤电站锅炉初步计算了其热效率。结果表明:胶粉的燃烧过程不同于煤粉,其主要包括大量挥发分的析出、燃烧以及固定碳燃烧,而后者则主要受固定碳的燃烧影响;高增温速度下,胶粉燃烧趋向高温区,燃尽时间变短;混合物燃烧特性受混合比例的影响较大,混合物中胶粉含量的增加,混合物燃烧特性逐渐向胶粉的燃烧特性过渡;混合物的燃烧过程可描述为2个一阶反应;胶粉的燃烧特性可媲美高品质煤粉,在低品质煤粉中掺入胶粉有利于其燃烧特性的改善及锅炉效率的提高。
【Abstract】 In order to effectively combine the waste tire rubber powder for combustion in coal-fired boiler pulverized coal, the waste tire rubber powder, coal powder and blends of the two different proportions were subjected to thermogravimetric analysis using the energy of the waste tire. The combustion characteristics and kinetic parameters were studied, and the thermal efficiency of the 600 MW coal-fired power station boiler was preliminarily calculated. The results show that the combustion process of rubber powder is different from pulverized coal, which mainly includes the precipitation, combustion and fixed carbon combustion of a large amount of volatiles, while the latter is mainly affected by the combustion of fixed carbon. At fast temperature increasing speed, the rubber powder burns toward the high temperature zone, and the burnout time becomes shorter. The mixing proportion has a great influence on the combustion characteristics of the mixture. As the rubber powder content increases in the blends, the combustion characteristics of the blends gradually transit to that of the rubber powder. The combustion process of blends can be described by two first-order reactions. Moreover, the combustion characteristics of rubber powder can be comparable to high-quality coal powder. The incorporation of rubber powder in low-quality coal powder is beneficial to the improvement of combustion characteristics and boiler efficiency.
