基于光谱分析的辐射图像法测温的修正研究
Study on Temperature Correction of Radiation Image Method Based on Spectral Analysis
【摘要】 利用基于双色法的灰体特性判断方法对光谱分离后的连续火焰辐射光谱进行分析,表明燃煤火焰在600~900 nm波段范围内符合灰体特性,由于图像法中所采用的红(R)、绿(G)基色所对应的中心响应波段位于非灰体波段内,因此提出利用光谱分析对图像法测温进行修正,并利用数值模拟的方法讨论了发射率之比ε_G/ε_R的变化对测温的影响。结果显示:当ε_G/ε_R的值变化20%,温度计算所产生的偏差总体在8%左右,有必要采用光谱分析方法对图像法测温进行修正。
【Abstract】 The continuous flame radiation spectrum after spectral separation was analyzed by using the gray-body-band judgment method based on the two-color method to seek the gray radiation band of coal-burning flame. The results show that the coal combustion flame is in the range of 600~900 nm, which is consistent with the gray characteristics. Since the center response band corresponding to R and G is located in the non-gray body radiation range, this paper proposed to modify the image method temperature measurement by spectral analysis and the influence of ε_G/ε_R on the temperature measurement was discussed by numerical simulation. The results show that the value of ε_G/ε_R is changed by 20%, and the deviation of the temperature calculation caused by the change of ε_G/ε_R is about 8%. So it is necessary to modify the image method temperature measurement by spectral analysis.
