带有时间窗的秸秆回收路径模型及其算法研究
Research on model and algorithm of straw recovery path with time window
【摘要】 以秸秆回收机械的综合成本问题为研究目标,综合考虑秸秆回收机械路径和作业冲突的情况,利用信息化技术精准指导秸秆回收,构建了多机械无重复的带有时间窗的秸秆回收路径模型,通过改进蚁群算法的转移概率公式得到带时间窗问题的最优化路径,避免回收农机路径重复冲突的问题。研究结果表明采用带时间窗的秸秆回收路径更加的精准,带时间窗秸秆回收机械优化路径模型相较于传统的路径模型指导下的作业路径会减少约12%,多台回收机械同时作业优化路径是可行的,对高效解决秸秆回收路径问题起到一定的指导作用。
【Abstract】 This paper takes the comprehensive cost of straw recycling machinery as the research goal, comprehensively considers the path and operation conflict of straw recycling machinery, and uses information technology to accurately guide straw recycling. A multi-mechanical and non-repetitive straw recovery path model with time window is constructed. The optimal path with time window problem is obtained by improving the transfer probability formula of ant colony algorithm to avoid the repeated conflict of agricultural machinery path. The research results show that the straw recovery path with time window is more accurate, and the optimization path model of straw recovery machinery with time window can reduce the operation path by about 12% compared with the traditional path model. it is feasible for multiple recycling machines to optimize the path at the same time, which plays a guiding role in solving the problem of straw recycling path efficiently.
