小麦玉米两作规模化生产技术装备优化配备系统研究
Research on optimization equipment system for large-scale production of wheat and corn crops
【摘要】 针对小麦玉米两作规模化生产技术装备优化配备的特点,通过对山东省的小麦玉米规模化生产的大量调研,制定适合山东省小麦玉米两作规模化生产技术模式,提出一种适用于优化配备通用数学模型建立的以生产环节为单位的生产技术模式组织方法,以不同的作业环节组织具体的生产技术模式,采用专家法进行机组的最优配套和选型,以作业成本最小为目标,分别采用线性规划方法和整数规划方法建立农机装备优化配备通用数学模型,该通用数学模型适用于不同规模和生产技术模式下的全过程作业环节的农机装备优化配备方案生成,建立优化配备基础数据库,开发农机装备优化配备系统,生成优化配备方案。结果表明,线性规划优化配备方案作业成本低于实际规模的作业成本10%~30%,整数规划优化配备方案作业成本低于线性规划优化配备方案的作业成本。可见,本文小麦玉米两作规模化生产技术装备优化配备结果是正确合理的。
【Abstract】 With the characteristics of equipment optimization of wheat corn crop rotation large-scale production technology, through a large number research on wheat and corn rotation large-scale production of Shandong province, a wheat corn rotation large-scale production technology model was proposed. A production technology mode organization method based on production unit was proposed, which was suitable for the establishment of general mathematical model. With different assignments unit tissue specific mode of production technology, it was used expert method for optimal matching and selection of the working unit, the minimum operation cost as the goal, it was used the method of linear programming and integer programming method to establish the general mathematical model of farm machinery and equipment optimization. The general mathematical model was suitable for different size and the technology of production mode in the link of the whole process of operation of agricultural machinery and equipment optimization scheme generation, it was established the optimization with the underlying database, it was developed of the agricultural machinery equipment optimization system to generate the optimization scheme. The results showed that the linear programming to optimize cost operation cost was lower than the actual scale of operation with 10%~30%, and an integer programming optimization with plan of operational cost was lower than the linear programming optimization operation cost. The equipment optimization of wheat corn rotation large-scale production technology in this paper is correct and reasonable.
