扫描电子束30CrMnSi表面Fe-Al合金化工艺参数的确定

【摘要】 为优化合金粉末配比与电子束工艺参数,利用正交试验法与极差分析法对30CrMnSi钢进行扫描电子束表面Fe-Al合金化。结果表明,合金化后截面显微组织由合金层、热影响区和基体组成,合金层由Fe-Al合金相和马氏体组成,热影响区主要为马氏体,基体为索氏体。优化方案为Fe-Al粉末配比25∶75,束流大小8 mA,工件移动速度360 mm/min,最终获得的表面硬度为695 HV,是基体硬度的2.6倍,磨损失质量为0.000 9 g。

【Abstract】 In order to optimize powder ratio and electron beam parameters, Fe-Al alloying of 30 CrMnSi are treated with scanning electron beam by using orthogonal experiment and range analyzing method in this paper. The study shows that cross section consists of three parts after alloying, alloying layer, heat affected zone and substrate. Alloying layer is composed of martensite and Fe-Al alloy, heat affected zone is constitute by martensite and substrate is made of sorbite. Optimal plan are: Fe∶Al powder ratio 25∶75, beam current 8 mA and scanning velocity 360 mm/min, with the surface hardness is 695 HV, which is about 2.6 times than substrate, the wear loss is 0.000 9 g.
