【Abstract】 The blood-retinal barrier(BRB) plays an important role in maintaining the homeostasis of the retinal microenvironment. Many diseases can lead to the damage of BRB, such as diabetic retinopathy, acute glaucoma and retinopathy of prematurity. At present, the molecular mechanism of BRB injury has not been fully explained. This paper briefly reviews the structure and function of blood-retina barrier, the damage mechanism of blood-retina barrier caused by various ocular diseases, and the therapeutic countermeasures of drug therapy, laser therapy and surgical treatment.更多还原
