【Abstract】 Counselors are an important part of the teaching and management team in colleges and universities. They are the backbone of ideological and political education and moral education for college students. They are also the life tutors and bosom friends of healthy growth of college students. Heart-to-heart talk is an important part of college counselors’ work.Heart-to-heart talk is a necessary skill for counselors’ daily work. More and more people are concerned about the effectiveness of heart-to-heart talk and are constantly exploring new methods, because only innovative methods can keep close to students in the new era and guide students to grow healthily. This paper attempts to explore a new mode of heart-to-heart conversation from the perspective of thought analysis —— "3 S" mode(solution, story, simple), and to verify this method combined with the students’ problems encountered in practical work.更多还原
