【Abstract】 As the executor of vocational education reform, teachers directly determine the effectiveness of the reform, so it is particularly important to build a high-level "double-qualified" innovative teaching team. This paper takes the teaching team of mechatronics engineering as an example, from establishing management guarantee mechanism, developing teacher training project, building talents training highland, and building technical skills service platform, to actively explore and practice, with a view to forming a high-level "double-qualified" innovative team of teachers to build a long-term model of "double-qualified" teacher innovation team.更多还原
