【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the employment situation of graduates majoring in machinery, summarized the main problems of engineering teaching in local universities, and put forward theoretical teaching reform and strengthening practical innovation system according to the college’s actual and local characteristics, namely the construction of training programs, laboratory platforms and school-enterprise cooperation practice platforms, which have achieved good results and laid a good foundation for students’ employment.更多还原
