研究型大学农学专业“大类招生，分流培养”模式探索与实践

【摘要】 为了适应新形势下高等教育教学改革的大趋势,以培养出具有"厚基础、宽口径、高素质、强能力"的复合型、创新型人才为目标,文章采用"大类招生,分流培养"的方式,构建合理培养方案,重点围绕建立完善的培养过程,建立科学的培养制度和制定有效的培养评价指标这三个方面进行了全面的建设与改革。通过改革,一定程度上解决了吉林大学农学专业学生专业思想固化的问题,提高了学生的创新、创业能力,同时也为同类院校农学专业大类培养提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to adapt to the general trend of higher education teaching reform under the new situation, and with the goal of cultivating compound and innovative talents with "thick foundation, wide caliber, high quality and strong ability", this paper adopts the way of "specialty-free enrollment, and classified training" to build a reasonable training plan, with focus on the establishment of a perfect training process, the establishment of a scientific training system and the formulation of effective training evaluation indicators, thereby implementing comprehensive construction and reform. Through the reform, the problem of solidification of professional thinking of agronomy majors in Jilin University has been solved to a certain extent, and the innovation and entrepreneurial ability of students has been improved.
