微生物学实验教学改革与探索
【摘要】 为了使学生扎实地掌握微生物学实验基本技术和培养学生的科学思维和创新能力,在微生物学实验教学中设置了基础实验和综合实验两个部分。基础实验包括细菌、放线菌、霉菌和酵母四个模块,在这一部分中学生主要学习使用微生物学实验基本技术。为了帮助学生更快更好地掌握微生物学实验技术,在基础实验的教学中通过录制小视频的方式充分发挥移动设备在辅助实验教学中的作用。综合实验部分采用课题式教学,学生通过完成一个小的科研课题学习将微生物学实验技术用于解决实际问题和开展科学研究。改革考核方式,提高实验操作考核在成绩评定中的比例。
【Abstract】 To make students grasp primary microbiological technologies and develop scientific thinking and innovation capability of students, a basic experiment and general experiment were designed in microbiological experiment teaching. The basic experiment included bacteria, actinomyces, mould and yeast, and in this part students exercised primary microbiological technologies. In order to help students grasp primary microbiological technologies fast, mobile devices were used widely in aided teaching by recording teaching video. In the general experiment, project-based instruction was applied. Students applied primary microbiological technologies to solve practical problems and scientific investigation by completing a small scientific study. Also,the assessment for the course was improved by increasing the percent of experiment operation in the final score.
