大学班主任在立德树人中的作用与实现路径探析

【摘要】 习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出,要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节,把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人,努力开创我国高等教育事业发展新局面。大学班主任与大学生在生活、学习和各项活动中接触最为紧密,在立德树人过程中,班主任能够起到是大学生健康成长的引路人、是优良班级文化的设计者、是学校各部门、学科老师、家长和学生之间有效沟通的协调者的作用。班主任能够从班级文化建设、全面了解学生、引导学生学习模式转变、加强学生政治思想教育、帮助学生制订专业学习规划和职业规划、引导学生学好基础课、帮助学生实现考研梦想、引导学生创新创业等路径实现大学生立德树人。更多还原

【Abstract】 General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities that we should persist in taking the moral education as the central link, and integrate the ideological and political work throughout the whole process of education and teaching so as to achieve full education and all-round education, and strive to create a new prospect for the development of higher education in China. In the process of moral education, the header teacher in charge of a class can play the role of a guide for the healthy growth of college students, a designer of excellent class culture, and a coordinator for effective communication among all departments, teachers, parents and students. The counselor can realize the moral cultivation of college students from the aspects of class culture construction, comprehensive understanding of students, guiding students to change their learning mode, strengthening students’ political and ideological education, helping students to make professional learning plans and career plans, guiding students to learn basic courses, helping students to realize their dream through postgraduate entrance examination, and guiding students to create new businesses.更多还原
