人才培养新模式：大学生学习与发展中心生态系统模型构建

【摘要】 在高等教育内涵式发展现实需求下,大学生学习与发展中心秉承"订单式""配餐式"教育理念,是高校大众化、同质化人才培养困境之下的精细化、异质化人才培养新模式。大学生学习与发展中心是一个构成要素、运作机理相互嵌构的动态平衡系统,理应在"外部环境——内部环境——生产者——分解者——消费者"生态链中进一步规范完善各类角色职能,架构起教育者与受教育者之间物质流、信息流、能量流转化互通的桥梁,以充分实现其以生为本的教育指导功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the realistic needs of the connotative development of higher education, the University Student Learning and Development Center adhering to the "order-based" and "match-based" education concepts is a new and refined talent training under the predicament of popular and homogeneous talent training mode. Based on the theory and principles of educational ecology, this paper demonstrates the characteristic functions, constituent elements and nested systems of the Center for Student Learning and Development, and constructs an ecosystem mode of it through systematic thinking, expecting to provide enlightenment for the talents cultivation in domestic universities.更多还原
