构筑产教融合平台,推进地方高校机械类应用型人才培养综合改革
【摘要】 针对产教融合背景下应用型人才培养过程中存在的主要教学问题,衢州学院依托协同创新服务平台,充分整合校内外工程教育资源,构筑"优势特色专业、重点学科、科技创新平台"三位一体产教融合平台,培育"教科团队、精品资源课程、课件和开放资源库"四位一体人才培养核心资源,建立了"多元化、多主体、多方式"的人才培养协同机制,校企共建优势特色专业、校内外工程实践基地、双师双能型师资团队,校企协同育人,推进了应用型人才培养综合改革,形成了"全程参与、深度融合、共同育人"的工程教育模式,提高了人才培养质量。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the main teaching problems existing in the cultivation process of applied talents under the background of integration of production and education, Quzhou University has relied on the platform of collaborative innovation service, fully integrated the engineering education resources inside and outside the school, and constructed a trinity integrated platform of production and education, which has mixed "advantaged and characteristic specialty, key discipline and the scientific and technological innovation platform". It has cultivated the four-in-one core resource of talent cultivation, which has merged "teaching team, excellent course resource, courseware and the opening resource repository". Also it has built a "diverse, multi-agent and multi-mode" coordination mechanism of talent cultivation. The university and the enterprise have together built the advantaged and characteristic specialty, the engineering practice base inside and outside the school, and the double-teacher and double-ability teaching team. With the cooperation of educating people, the university and the enterprise have promoted a comprehensive reformation of the cultivation of applied talents, which has formed an engineering education mode of "full participation, deep integration and joint education".
