高校研究型教学模式构建研究

【摘要】 复杂多变的社会环境下,人才是取得竞争优势的关键因素。在世界竞争格局下,国家对人才的培养愈发重视。然而,传统培养模式下诞生的人才难以满足现今产业发展的需要。高校积极改革过时的培养方案,旨在为国家培育高能力、高素质的创新人才。研究型教学模式是适合我国当前教育背景的教学体系,积极推动传统教学模式向研究型教学模式过渡是当今高校的必然选择。为此,文章提出了研究型教学模式的基本构建方式,旨在推动研究型教学模式改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 In a complex and changing social environment, talent is a key factor in achieving competitive advantage. Under the world competition pattern, the state has paid more and more attention to the cultivation of talents. However, the talents born under the traditional training mode are difficult to meet the needs of today’s industrial development. Colleges and universities actively reform outdated training programs aimed at cultivating high-capacity, high-quality innovative talents for the country. Research teaching mode is a teaching system suitable for China’s current educational background. It is an inevitable choice for colleges and universities to actively promote the transition from traditional teaching mode to research teaching mode. To this end, this paper proposes the basic construction mode of research teaching mode, which aims to promote the reform of research-based teaching mode.更多还原
