高职院校实训室建设管理研究现状与对策措施

【摘要】 从功能定位、资源配置等9个方面综述了高职院校实训室建设管理研究现状,分析认为高职院校实训室存在对市场需求响应度不高、建设投入与收效产出不符、资源配置与教学需求不匹配、管理机制文化不健全等深层问题,提出了完善实训室建设体制机制、优化实训室管理制度举措、加强实训室文化传承发展等对策措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the current situation of the construction and management of the training room in Higher Vocational Colleges from nine aspects like function orientation and resource allocation, and it analyzes that there are deep problems in the training room in higher vocational colleges, such as the low responsiveness to market demand, the inconsistency between construction input and output, the mismatch between resource allocation and teaching demand, and the imperfection of management mechanism culture. It puts forward some countermeasures like the improvement of the mechanism of the training room construction, optimizes the training room management system and strengthen the training room cultural heritage development.更多还原
