【摘要】 面对全球化趋势的巨大不确定性和国内经济发展需求,借助"一带一路"倡议构建全新的、协同发展的区域价值链已成为中国装备制造向高端升级的必由之路。本文首先提出了"一带一路"区域价值链内涵;其次,基于WWZ总贸易核算框架和WIOD2016最新的投入产出数据,利用RVC_par、VSS和GVC地位指数等指标,从沿线国家对区域价值链的关联程度与我国主导能力两方面分析了我国主导的区域价值链的现实基础;最后,从新雁群模式、多支点多层次分工体系、发挥中国主导国枢纽作用等方面提出了区域价值链的协同构建方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Faced with the huge uncertainty of globalization trend and the demand of domestic economic development, it has become the only way for China’s equipment manufacturing industry to shift to the high-end and build a new and coordinated regional value chain with the help of the Belt and Road initiative. Firstly, the connotation of the Belt and Road regional value chain is proposed. Secondly, based on WWZ total trade accounting framework and the latest input and output data of WIOD2016, RVC_par, VSS and GVC status index and other indicators are used to analyze the practical basis of China-led regional value chain from two aspects: the degree of correlation of countries along the Belt and road and China’s leading capacity. Finally, the paper puts forward the collaborative construction scheme of regional value chain from the aspects of new geese model, multi-fulcrate and multi-level division system, and giving play to the role of China as the leading country’s hub.更多还原
