【摘要】 低油价促使石油公司发展从资源驱动向技术驱动转变。埃尼公司的"双勘探模式"适应了低油价对石油公司高效发展的新要求,支撑埃尼上游油气业务取得了骄人业绩。埃尼"双勘探模式"核心优势包括颠覆性勘探理念创新,低成本控制下的高创效能力,卓越的风险勘探能力。当前,中国石油企业面临着勘探项目特别是风险勘探项目不足、勘探发现成本不断升高和未来储量增长后劲不足等严重问题,为适应低油价对石油公司高效发展的新要求,结合当前中国石油企业海外勘探业务现状,提出3点启示与建议:1)构建积极稳健的勘探战略,发挥风险勘探对企业高效发展的引领作用;2)注重风险勘探效益,寻求低成本发现大油气田;3)提升风险勘探能力,为实施勘探战略提供技术支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of oil companies is undergoing the transformation from resource-driven mode to technology-driven mode incurred by current low oil prices.Eni’s dual-exploration model accommodated with the new requirement of current low oil prices for the efficient development and contributed to the outstanding performance of its upstream oil and gas business.Its core advantages include disruptive exploration concept innovation,high benefit creation under low cost control,and prominent capability of risk exploration.Confronted with shortage of exploration projects,especially risk exploration projects,continually increasing exploration cost,and decreasing growth potential of future reserves,China’s oil companies urgently need to make a change in order to meet the new requirement of current low oil prices.This paper puts forward three suggestions for the efficient development of China’s oil companies,combined with current situation of overseas exploration business of China’s oil companies:1) construct positive and steady exploration strategy and enable the risk exploration to play its leading role in the efficient development;2) emphasize the benefit of the risk exploration and seek giant oil and gas discoveries at low cost;3) enhance the capability of the risk exploration in order to provide technical support for the implementation of the exploration strategy.更多还原
