【Abstract】 The digital literacy in the new media context includes applying ability of network technology and comprehensive ability of behavioral, ethical and moral level. Taking Beijing Normal University as a typical sample, through investigation and research on the digital literacy of teachers, managements and counselors in college, the essay puts forward the measures to trade unions in colleges and universities to promote teachers’ digital literacy level as well as guidance for teachers to standardize their behaviors online.更多还原
