【摘要】 本文结合广州市国土空间规划改革试点工作经验,对空间规划体检评估的内容及方法进行探讨,构建基于"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念的约80个参数的指标体系,借助大数据及传统数据,使用指标完成率的方法对国土空间规划进行评估并提出相关规划对策和建议。国土空间规划的体检和评估可以帮助规划者了解城市的体征和运行状况,对于科学编制国土空间规划具有重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the practice of national land and space planning reform in Guangzhou,the paper studies the content and method of land and space planning examination and implementation,establishes an index system with 80 parameters incorporated with "innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing" concepts,and proposes planning strategies with completion rates approach.The examination and evaluation may provide planners information of urban conditions and operation,and it is significant to the rational compilation of national land and space planning.更多还原
