【摘要】 在国土空间高强度开发、生态系统退化严重的形势下,国土空间生态修复成为治理生态环境、维护生态系统安全稳定的重要手段之一。文章通过剖析国土空间生态修复的概念、内涵及相关城市实践的经验与不足,提出新时期背景下国土空间生态修复规划策略,并以沈阳为例,总结其在"山水林田湖草生命共同体统筹修复"思想指导下,突破以往生态修复作为工程技术手段的局限,由城乡规划引领实施国土空间生态修复的规划经验,以期为相关城市的生态修复提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 National land and space faces problems of high intensity development and ecological degradation,and ecological restoration has become an important approach of maintaining ecological system security and stability.The paper studies the concept and connotation of ecological restoration,concludes the experience and inefficiency in practice,and puts forwards strategies of ecological restoration for national land and space in the new era.In the planning practice of Shenyang,the integrated restoration concept of "mountain,water,forest,farmland,lake,grassland" is adopted,and ecological restoration is conducted under the guidance of urban rural planning instead of as a technical approach.It provides a reference for ecological restoration for other cities.更多还原
