【Abstract】 The basic spirit of the "Reform Plan for the Construction of Industrial Workers in the New Period" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council is to promote industry by promoting good career development of industrial workers, enhancing professional capabilities, and making greater contributions to society. The status of workers is a strategic decision with great vision. This article combines theory and practical experience to conduct a preliminary investigation of the industrial worker’s career development and its mechanism construction, and puts forward suggestions for the improvement of industrial worker’s career development mechanism.更多还原
