连栋温室屋面虹吸式雨水排水系统设计
Design of Siphon Rainwater Drainage System for Multi-span Greenhouse Roof
【摘要】 【目的】探索解决连栋温室排水管中的泥沙沉降和排水管路布局复杂问题。【方法】结合实际工程案例,针对温室屋面排水过程中管道泥沙沉淀阻塞无法清理问题,应用压力流虹吸式原理排水系统清淤,并进行了水力计算绘制出水力计算图和雨水斗管路系统图。为了安全起见,针对本案例配备了溢流措施,对雨水斗的安装和排水立管的选型进行了介绍。【结果】温室应用压力流虹吸式排水系统,排水管路简单,排水效率高;压力流虹吸式排水系统中水平管无需坡度,施工简单便捷。【结论】与传统的重力式排水系统相比,压力流虹吸式排水系统不仅可使温室排水管路空间布局优化,更可以有效地排出管路中的泥沙。本工程案例对温室屋面应用虹吸式排水系统具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 【Objective】The purpose of this paper is to explore and eliminate the complex problem of the sediment deposition in greenhouse drainpipe, and solve the difficulty of cleaning the sediment deposition in the pipeline during the drainage process of greenhouse roof.【Method】The pressure flow siphon drainage system was applied to clear the silt, and actual engineering cases were combined with the hydraulic calculation to draw the hydraulic calculation diagram and the rainwater bucket pipeline system diagram. Overflow measures was equipped with the installation of rainwater bucket and the selection of drainage riser were introduced for safety.【Result】The pressure flow siphon drainage system was applied in greenhouse, the drainage pipe is simple and the drainage efficiency is high. The horizontal pipe in the pressure flow siphon drainage system has no slope, and the construction work is simple and convenient.【Conclusion】The pressure flow siphon drainage system can not only optimize the spatial layout of the greenhouse drainage pipe, but also effectively discharge the sediment in the pipe, compared to the traditional gravity drainage system. This project case has certain guidance and reference significance for the application of siphon drainage system on greenhouse roof.
